A brand-new Submit a Ticket: instant answers, guided forms and tickets that are easy to follow.

Hey everyone! When something goes wrong, getting help should be quick and painless. This update rebuilds Submit a Ticket from the ground up.

Patch Highlights

How can we help? Search the FAQ and Guides right on the page, then pick a topic: Something is broken, My account, Store or purchase, A question, A suggestion, or Something else.
Does this answer it? While you type your subject, matching FAQ answers appear. Read them right there, no need to leave the form.
Guided forms: bug reports ask where it happened, what you did, what you expected and how often; purchase problems ask which box or item, when and what it cost.
Device info: your game version, browser and screen size can be attached in one tap, so we don't have to ask. You see exactly what's sent and can turn it off.
Screenshots: choose them, paste them, drag them in, or take a photo on your phone. Up to 5 per message.
Drafts are saved: close the page by accident and your ticket is still there when you come back.

Context: The faster we understand the problem, the faster we can fix it. These forms ask the questions we'd ask anyway.

Tabs with counts: Awaiting your reply, Open, Resolved and Closed. If staff are waiting on you, that tab comes first.
At a glance: each ticket shows its number, the latest message, "Staff replied 2h ago" and a dot for unread replies. Search by subject or #number.
Inside a ticket: a timeline (Opened → Staff replied → Resolved), a reply box that grows as you type (Enter to send on a computer), and screenshots in replies.
This fixed it: mark your own ticket resolved, then tell us if the help was useful.
Reopen: still a problem? Reopen a resolved or closed ticket within 7 days instead of starting over.
