Copyright / Content Removal
1. Respecting Intellectual Property
Binder is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. Card imagery may include digital scans or photographs of real, officially produced photocards, shared or scanned by fans/collectors. Binder does not claim ownership of the underlying photographs, photocard designs, artist names, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property, and does not claim that this use is automatically fair use or otherwise licensed.
2. Submitting a Complaint
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe content on Binder infringes your rights, please contact us at binder.support@gmail.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work or material you believe is infringed.
- The specific content on Binder you are referring to (e.g. a card name, or a link/screenshot).
- Your contact information and a statement of your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
3. Our Review Process
We review complaints on a good-faith basis. We may temporarily disable or hide content while we review a request. We cannot promise a specific outcome or a fixed timeline for every request, but we aim to respond to legitimate, complete requests in a reasonable time.
4. Possible Outcomes
Depending on the review, we may disable, replace, or restore content, or use a placeholder image. Per our Terms of Service's "Artwork and Content Changes" section, changing or removing artwork does not delete the underlying virtual card — ownership, serial number, rarity, CPS, mutation, acquisition history, and marketplace history are preserved where technically possible.
