A smoother menu, a new bid window with live bids, plus a fix for logging out on phones.

Hey everyone! A small one today, mostly about the menu you tap a hundred times a day. Huge thanks to the player who suggested the first change.

Auctions

New bid window: tap Bid on a live auction to open it. The price, the leader, the countdown and the bids update live while you type, and new auctions arriving no longer wipe out what you were typing. Quick buttons fill in the minimum, +10%, +25% or +50%, and you can tick Max bid right there.
Bid timing: every bid in an auction's bid history now shows how much time was left when it was placed, like "2h 14m left" or "48s left". Great for spotting last-second snipers.

Card sales history: a card's Trade Value now says "34 sales · view history". Tap view history to see every sale of that card (and that mutation): when, the price, fixed price or auction, and how it compared with the Trade Value then. The same link is on Marketplace History's most traded cards.

Groups scroll into view: open a group in the menu and it slides into view, so its links never hide below the fold.
Smooth groups: menu groups now glide open and closed instead of snapping.
Smooth phone menu: on phones, the menu slides in and out, with the page behind it fading.

On phones, tapping Log out now closes the menu first, so the confirmation isn't stuck behind it.
Typing a bid no longer gets cleared when new auctions show up.
