v0.11.0 · Information & Help

· 2 min read

A new home for patch notes, guides and the FAQ, with rewards for reading, plus easier account help.

Hey everyone, welcome to 0.11! This update gives Binder a proper place to talk to you: patch notes like this one, an FAQ, guides and a diary from the team. We also made it easier to get help when you can't log in.

Patch Highlights

  • The new Information section
  • Rewards for reading new posts
  • Can't log in? support from the login page

Information

  • New section: Patch Notes and the FAQ live under Information in the menu, with Guides and a Dev Diary on the way. Submit a Ticket moved here too.
  • Reading rewards: read a new post to the end the first time and pick up a small reward. The reward is shown on the post.
  • Badges: red badges mean a reward is waiting; green ones mean something new. Don't want the green ones? Turn off Information counts in Settings.
  • Before you log in: Patch Notes and the FAQ can be read right from the login page.
Context: We ship changes almost every day. Now you can see exactly what changed, and get a little something for keeping up.

Account & Help

  • Can't log in? Contact support: a new link on the login page. Tell us what's wrong and we'll reply by email.
  • Forgot your password? now works even if your email isn't verified yet. The code can take a few minutes, so check your spam or junk folder too.
  • Profile pictures: pictures that break the rules can be removed by staff. If it happens to you, you'll see a notice with the reason and can pick a new one.

Marketplace

  • History tabs: Marketplace History has the same price tabs as the rest of the Marketplace: Non-exclusive, 1–100k, 100k–1M and 1M+.
  • Tie bids: when two bids are equal, the bid history now says "tie, earlier max wins", so you know why the leader didn't change.

Quality of Life

  • Version number: you'll find the game version at the bottom of Settings.
  • Lifetime Earned on the Leaderboards loads much faster.

Bugfixes

  • Live auction updates show display names instead of usernames.

Thanks for reading all the way down here. Your reward should be on its way!
